Our job in court is straightforward: we provide an independent and objective assessment of relevant issues in the case. But we work diligently before every proceeding to carefully prepare and document our analyses and sources, and efficiently deliver and defend our opinions. We summarize our work in exhibits appropriate for trial and can also assist during the pretrial period by reviewing the deposition testimony and exhibits of other experts. In addition, if counsel requires research or assistance with cross-examination questions, we are experienced in those areas as well.
